Logging into the FTP is easy:
from most web browsers you can use this method (best for if you are on a computer you don't use often but can be used anywehere)ftp://cpickler.no-ip.org
it will tell you anonymous access is denied. Keep the window open, there should be an option to Log in (on some browsers this automatically comes up, on others it is usually under file)
Type in your username and password and you are good to go.
If you have an FTP program just input ftp://cpickler.no-ip.org
as the FTP address and log in using your username and password and you should be good to go.
If you want Windows to do it so it shows up as a netowkr place follow these steps. Start -> My Network Places then click add a new network place. Choose specific location type in ftp://cpickler.no-ip.org and then your username. It will later ask for your password.
